Miami Chic Apartment

This 10,000 sqft award winning corner penthouse located in Index Tower was envisioned as both a family home and a private gallery. A residence where art, architecture and everyday living exist in constant dialogue.

Calm liveable spaces are balanced with a strong art collection focus. Expansive living and dining areas are wrapped in full-height glazing, allowing natural light and skyline views to frame the interiors, whilst warm timber finishes, bespoke shelving and layered lighting soften the scale.

This marvellous penthouse on Palm Jumeirah combines luxurious design with exceptional craftsmanship to create a truly unique living experience. The open space with custom joinery, enhances both functionality and aesthetic appeal.

Every detail, from the premium finishes to the curated design, reflects the sophisticated taste of its US-based owner. Inspired by Miami’s vibrant elegance, this residence offers a blend of modern luxury and iconic Dubai views. Enjoy the ultimate backdrop of the city’s skyline, especially during New Year’s Eve, when the world’s best fireworks display lights up the night sky.

A permanent weekend get-away and chic gallery space, with no compromise on materials and finishings.

This home is a fantastic example of a contemporary minimalist living space with bookmatched white carrara marble zonal blocks and contrasting natural dark oak flooring that is accentuated with timeless designer furniture pieces and modern artwork. The client’s three main passions of movies, watches and art derived the main inspiration for the design and particular spaces within this penthouse apartment including a black portoro marble watch display and cinema room.
