Lee Worthington, Founder and Creative Director of AndNow, has spent more than 25 years shaping spaces and experiences across five continents, bringing a multidisciplinary perspective to the Hospitality, Residential, Commercial, Retail, Healthcare and Luxury Transport sectors.

His portfolio ranges from the pioneering A380 Business and First-Class cabins to the world’s most expensive penthouse, yet his approach has remained consistent throughout, combining meticulous attention to detail with commercial insight, a sharp awareness of emerging trends and an unwavering creative passion.

After 17 years in the UAE, including nine as Managing Director of JPA Design, the leading specialist in Luxury Hospitality and Transport design, Lee has returned to lead the company he established in 2017. Now fully reimagined, it is a studio that anticipates change, embraces AI-driven technologies and plays a formative role in shaping environments around the world.

A lifelong admirer of the arts and of Andy Warhol’s legendary Factory concept, Lee believes the most compelling ideas emerge when creative minds converge. That belief sits at the heart of AndNow, where collaboration forms the foundation for a new era of design.
